Shipping & Costs

All wholesale orders are shipped via Standard International Post Service using a flat-rate shipping. Once delivery has been arranged, you will receive tracking information from us via email. Products can also be sent via DHL, FedEx or TNT services upon request.

The shipping rates will be calculated and the price will be forwarded via email, it depends on the total weight of your order and its shipping destination. The customer is responsible for paying all fees, charges, or duties applied by your country authorities.

Estimated Processing Time

Most of the orders are being processed within 15 - 22 business days. We will notify you if it takes longer via email.


Cancellation may be done within 24 hours after placing the order. Once the order is processed, we cannot validate a cancellation request. Any unauthorized cancellations refused orders or returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns, damages, and Repairs

All kidphilosophy.com wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Though all our products are being thoroughly checked before shipping, it is still possible to receive a defective or damaged item. For this reason and for the reasons such as human errors, we ask you to inspect the products in your order upon receiving it. You must notify us within 5 working days of receiving your order in case anything is wrong with it. A photo of the damaged product is required.
